How to book?: Please find more information below, and continue to make a reservation online through our online booking system.

Cancellations: If you do not check in, or cancellation is made on the day of the booking, no refunds will be given. Bookings for 6 or more guests, if you cancel a week before your booking, there will be a cancellation fee as listed below:
Cancelled 3 days before check in date: 50% accommodation fee.
Cancelled 1 day before check in date: 100% accommodation fee
Cancelled on the day of check in date: 100% accommodation fee
If you cannot be contacted or no reply/no show: 100% accomodation fee
according to the date and method of booking, there may be a change to the cancellation policy.

Information

Check in / out: Check in time is 16:00 to 23:00. In order not to disturb other guests in the hostel. Please complete the check in process before 23:00. Check out is at 10:00.

About check in: Please use the tablet to complete the check in process. chAho uses a PIN code system, there will be no physical key. Please use the PIN given to you at the end of the check in process to access the rooms. You can speed up the check in process by filling in your personal information in the confirmation email that is sent to you after the booking is made.

Curfew: There is no curfew after check out. When you are going out or coming back to you room late at night, please be considerate and try not to disturb the neighbours and other guests of the hostel.

Smoking: Smoking is forbidden throughout the whole building. The smoking area is located on the first floor, just outside the entrance. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Payment

Payment method: Payment needs to be completed prior to your stay online. (We only accept credit card payments online)

What is included? Your room fee includes all the taxes, bed linens, and towel.

Parking

chAho has 2x parking spaces on site. Parking spaces are allocated on a first in first serve basis. If you require a parking space please let our staff know when you are checking in.
